Begin Your Journey As A Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher!
Transform your life and others’ through evidence-based, heart-centered Yoga.
Learn to teach with confidence, safety, and presence in a program that nurtures your growth from the inside out.
Why Trauma-Informed Training Matters
Yoga is more than movement; it’s a pathway to healing, awareness, and connection.
Our trauma-informed approach recognizes that every student brings a unique story into the room. Through an understanding of the nervous system, stress response, and adaptive teaching, you’ll learn how to guide practices that feel safe, supportive, and truly impactful.
This is Yoga designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward with greater resilience and agency
You’ll learn:
- The science and impact trauma has on someone's body and mind
- To offer cues that rebuild the mind-body connection through interoception and proprioception
- To modify postures for different levels of regulation, experience, and abilitiesÂ
- To create sequences that complete stress cycles
- To teach in a way that builds trust, agency, and resilience
This isn’t an add-on. It’s the foundation of everything we do.
If This Resonates, You're in the Right Place
If you’re drawn to Yoga as a tool for meaningful impact, this training is designed for you.
This program is especially aligned for:
- Non-profit leaders and ministry professionals who want to bring accessible, somatic practices into spaces where they’re often missing
- Clinicians, therapists, and mental health professionals looking to integrate somatic-based approaches into their work
- Active duty military, veterans, and spouses seeking tools for regulation, resilience, and community support
- Aspiring or current Yoga teachers who want to lead classes that are inclusive, adaptive, and truly effective
- Anyone who feels called to create safe, supportive spaces for others through Yoga
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need a desire to support others in a way that is grounded, informed, and impactful.
Real Students. Real Impact.

That’s why we offer two distinct pathways within the same Yoga Alliance-accredited training, so you can choose the experience that aligns best with you.
Both pathways follow the same core curriculum and lead to the same certification.
Christ-Centered Pathway
Explore the connection between Yoga and personal faith through optional discussions, reflection, and practicum experiences.
Rooted in our connection with the FLUMC conference, this pathway is available for those who want to incorporate faith into their training.
Traditional Pathway
A fully secular experience focused on the physical, mental, and professional aspects of yoga teacher training.
Ideal for those who prefer a traditional approach or want to keep their personal spirituality separate from their teaching.
