Shared Mission.
Expanding Care.
Lasting change happens in community.
At Pointe of Grace, our work is rooted in the belief that people flourish when they are supported in body, mind, heart, and spirit. Through partnerships with organizations, leaders, and mission-driven individuals, we extend Trauma-Informed, whole-person care into spaces where it is deeply needed. Whether through collaborative programming or individual support, shared mission makes expanded care possible.Â
Let's Serve Together
Community Care Partners
(Non-profits, shelters, therapy offices, recovery programs, etc.)
We partner with organizations serving individuals navigating trauma, transition, recovery, and chronic stress. Our trauma-informed Yoga and resilience programs complement existing clinical and support services, offering accessible movement and nervous system tools that build stability and self-awareness.
Our work is adaptable and evidence-informed, always prioritizing safety, consent, and empowerment across community and care settings.
Church & Connectional Ministry Partners
As a FLUMC extension ministry, we partner with churches and ministry networks to cultivate resilient leaders and thriving congregations. Our work centers on holistic discipleship by integrating trauma-informed care with embodied spiritual formation, because we believe lasting faith development engages body, mind, heart, and spirit within supportive community.
We understand the challenges facing leaders and congregations today: burnout, compassion fatigue, and increasing pastoral demands. Our role is to come alongside your ministry, bringing thoughtfully designed discipleship and resilience programs into your community that complement and strengthen the work you are already doing while fostering deeper formation and sustainable service.

Military Community Partners
We are honored to serve active-duty service members, veterans, and military families. As the wife of a Navy Chaplain, Lenora has supported military communities through PT programming, trauma-informed Yoga, and resilience education. We understand the demands of military life and offer practical tools for nervous system regulation, resilience, and stress recovery in accessible and respectful ways.
We partner with base leadership and chaplain offices to bring FREE programming directly to military communities. All on-base offerings are provided at no cost to participating active-duty service members or spouses.Â
Lenora is currently based in San Diego, CA. She can offer in-person events through California or Zoom events for all over.Â
Individual and Mission Partners
Healing expands through community. If you believe in trauma-informed, whole-person care and have experienced its impact in your own life or leadership, there are meaningful ways to partner with us. Whether you want to collaborate professionally or help expand access through financial support, your partnership strengthens this work.
Join Our Network
We are always open to connecting with Yoga teachers, mental health therapists, ministry leaders, and wellness professionals who share a commitment to trauma-informed, whole-person care. If you are interested in participating in retreats, workshops, continuing education, or engaging with our online studio, we welcome conversation and collaboration.
Fuel The Mission
If you are passionate about trauma-informed care and have experienced the power of embodied healing, you can help make this work accessible to others. As a nonprofit organization, donor support allows us to offer scholarships and expand community programs.
When you give, you expand access to healing for those who may not otherwise receive it.
