Our vision is to offer evidence-based approaches to healing and transformation through embodied retreats, education, spiritual care, and worship experiences that equip and empower others to live more hope-filled lives marked by loving relationships, vibrant health, increased resiliency, expanding creativity, and holistic well-being.

The Pointe of Grace Project and affiliates exist to empower people from all walks of life to live as their truest, most authentic selves from a place increasing of wholeness and balance so that they can live life abundantly in ways that magnify God's love and grace in this world.

Rev. Lenora Rousseau, E-RYT 500, is the Founder and Director of Pointe of Grace Project. A seasoned Pastor, Chaplain, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Spiritual Director, Cognitive Behavior Therapy Practitioner, Mindfulness-Based Coach, and MSW-Intern. Lenora also serves as an Elder in Full Connection through the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Since 2018, she has focused on helping people heal and thrive through Trauma-Informed Yoga, retreats, spiritual care, and coaching, particularly serving military members, their families, and clergy dealing with PTSD, burnout, and trauma.
As a Yoga and Wellness Educator, Lenora trains aspiring instructors and clinicians in Trauma-Informed Yoga, offering both Traditional and Christ-Centered Certification Courses that align with students' values and professional goals.
Personally:
She has had the privilege and joy of being married for over 20 years to Rev. Aaron Rousseau, a Chaplain in the US Navy and fellow Elder in the FLUMC. Together, they have shared in the adventures of parenting their three children - Gabrielle, Nathan, and Abigail.

Gabrielle joined our team in 2023. She is dedicated to helping Pointe of Grace expand its reach so that we can live into our vision and mission as a company. In addition to being a valuable member of our team, Gabrielle is completed her Masters of Science in Management at the University of North Florida Spring 2025, and will be embarking on her MSW journey starting Spring 2026.
Gabrielle is passionate about matching spiritually-minded, growth-oriented people with opportunities for self-discovery, healing, growth, and professional development. She looks forward to connecting with you and exploring all the ways Pointe of Grace may be able to join you in your personal or vocational pursuit of wellbeing and human flourishing.
Personally: She enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé, Jeffrey (plus their two cats and a dog), traveling with family, and unwinding with her toes in the sand and a good book in her hand.
