Grounded in neuroscience, rooted in embodied mindfulness, and shaped by the body's natural capacity to heal, this program helps you rebuild safety, connection, and resilience from the inside out.Â
This program is based on, what we define as, the 5 domains of resilience.
Physical
Through Yoga, breathwork, sleep and recovery themes, and movement-based regulation practices.
Emotional
CBT reframes, self-compassion scripts, and journaling/reflection work.
Mental
Educational content, science spotlights, quick reset tools, and weekly reframes.
Spiritual
Meditation, mantras, Yoga Off the Mat, and quotes/reflective prompts.
Social
Real-life stories of empowerment and group coaching sessions

Interrupt cycles of hypervigilance, shutdown, or overthinking. Learn how trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness can support brain rewiring through neuroplasticity.Â
