Begin your training on your own schedule, then transition into live learning and collaboration.

The Hybrid Path allows you to complete the 200-hour integration portion through guided self-study, including your demo teaching, before joining live sessions for the remainder of the program.

What You’ll Receive

• 2 hours of additional time with the Lead Instructor for any advice related to your Yoga Teacher training.
• Both flexibility and a live-cohort experience.

Program Timeline

Up to 12 months to complete the program. 

• Guided self-study completion of 200 HR integration + demo + exam
  • Includes 6 sessions with a POGYI coach for practice and questions. Complete at least 1 session a month. 
• 4 live workshop development sessions with the lead instructor
• Live advanced training sessions with a cohort
