Come Make Room for Grace
“From his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.” — John 1:16
There is always more grace to be experienced. Grace that meets us where we are, carries us through difficult seasons, and invites us to keep growing in love for ourselves and one another.
At YogaWell, we gather to make room for that grace in our movement and stillness, in our conversations, and in the simple joy of being together. Whether you are returning to a community you know or joining us for the first time, we’re glad to welcome you. Come with your questions, your curiosity, and whatever this season of life holds. You don’t have to arrive feeling rested or having everything figured out.
This year’s theme, Grace Upon Grace, invites us to explore the many ways grace touches our lives. Together, we’ll consider how grace is understood in faith and contemplative practice, how practices of resilience can support us through hard times, and how adapting our Yoga practice can make room for the bodies we have today. We’ll also explore nourishment and self-care as ways of receiving and extending care.
Through Christ-centered Yoga worship, practical workshops, and time in community, we’ll make space to listen, learn, rest, and discover. Each offering is an invitation to notice grace in a different way and to carry that awareness into everyday life.
There is room for you here, just as you are. We look forward to sharing this weekend with you.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore:
-
Faith and contemplative practice: Connections between Yoga philosophy, Christian theology, prayer, and embodied worship.
-
Resilience and regulation: How Yoga can support us through stress and help us respond with greater awareness and care.
-
Accessible movement: Ways to adapt practices for different bodies, needs, and experiences.
-
Everyday well-being: Approaches to nourishment, stress relief, and functional movement.
-
Community: Time to reconnect with familiar faces and get to know new ones.
You don’t need to be a Yoga teacher to join us. For registered Yoga teachers, the weekend offers up to 12 CEUs through either in-person or live online participation, with opportunities to connect what you learn to your teaching.
Our Weekend Together
In-person and online attendees can choose from all concurrent workshops throughout the weekend. Join us in the session spaces at Trinity UMC or through Zoom breakout rooms, with support available to help you move between online sessions. The live sound meditation is the only offering available exclusively in person.
