The POGYI Method
At Pointe of Grace Yoga Institute, our unique POGYI Method forms the backbone of every course we teach.
This evidence-based framework blends trauma theory, neuroscience, and Yoga philosophy to help teachers create experiences that support the nervous system and cultivate lasting resilience.
Through the POGYI Method, you'll learn to:
- Use Trauma-Informed cueing that builds safety and agency.
- Guide with embodied presence instead of performance.
- Use ARC sequencing to restore balance and trust in the body.
- Apply this approach to Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Chair Yoga practices.Â
By the end, you won't just know how to teach, you'll embody what it means to hold healing space.Â
