A Different Way to Approach Yoga
At Pointe of Grace Yoga Institute, we believe Yoga is more than movement. It is an opportunity to cultivate awareness, resilience, and compassion. Rather than striving to fit a predetermined image of what a practice "should" look like, we encourage each individual to engage from where they are, honoring their unique body, experiences, and needs.
Our Trauma-Informed approach emphasizes choice, accessibility, nervous system awareness, and thoughtful sequencing to create practices that are supportive, adaptable, and welcoming. Whether you're simply curious about Trauma-Informed Yoga or exploring the possibility of becoming a Yoga teacher, we invite you to experience this approach firsthand.
