A Different Way to Approach Yoga
At Pointe of Grace Yoga Institute, we believe Yoga is more than movement. It can be an opportunity to cultivate awareness, resilience, compassion, and a more supportive relationship with yourself.
Rather than asking you to fit a predetermined image of what Yoga “should” look like, we encourage you to begin where you are—honoring your body, experiences, needs, and capacity in each moment.
Our trauma-informed approach emphasizes choice, accessibility, nervous system awareness, and thoughtful sequencing. And because preparing to care for others begins with learning to care for yourself, our teacher training programs are designed to support your own growth alongside the teacher you are becoming.
Choose Your Training with Confidence
Choosing a Yoga Teacher Training involves more than comparing schedules, tuition, and curriculum. The teaching style, values, and way you feel within the learning environment matter too.
That’s why we invite you to experience Pointe of Grace before deciding whether to enroll. You’ll step onto the mat for a full-length class, learn how we approach trauma-informed teaching, and explore the pathways available to you—without pressure to make an immediate decision.
