Ministry for the Whole Person

Equipping churches to engage body, mind, heart, and spirit.

An FLUMC Extension Ministry

Founded in 2018, Pointe of Grace Project is an extension ministry of the Florida Conference of The United Methodist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Lenora Rousseau, an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church.

Our work emerged from a simple conviction:
If we care about discipleship, we must care for the whole person.

We exist to serve churches, districts, and connectional networks by offering thoughtfully designed programming that nurtures congregations and leaders in sustainable, embodied faith.

Holistic Discipleship

Physical, Mental, Social, and Spiritual Wellbeing

The purpose of our connectional ministry is to create programming in partnership with churches and connectional ministries that integrate their population's entire person.

Physical

Honoring the body as a sacred vessel of the Holy Spirit through embodied, trauma-informed Yoga and somatic practices practices that increase resilience and awareness.

Mental

Integrating nervous system and psychological education with practical tools that help leaders and congregations understand stress, burnout, and restoration.

Social

Cultivating life-giving connections through common experiences and healthy conversations.

Spiritual

Rooting every offering in Wesleyan theology, prayer, and discernment so that growth is grounded in spiritual formation.

Designed for Today’s Ministry Landscape

We understand the realities facing churches today: leadership burnout, compassion fatigue, increasing pastoral demands, congregational stress.

Our role is not to replace your ministry, but to come alongside it.

We partner with churches to offer programming that strengthens discipleship, supports leaders, and fosters sustainable service within your existing community.

Flourishing for Life Mini-Retreats

We are offering Flourishing for Life Mini-Retreats: a three-hour immersive experience designed specifically for congregations, ministry teams, and church leaders.

These retreats are portable, adaptable, and designed to complement the ministry you are already doing.
