The Adaptive Nervous System: How Yoga Can Rewire for Resilience & Joy (led by Gabrielle Rousseau, 200 RYT, 300/500 RYT Intern) An educational workshop on neuroplasticity and how Yoga practices fundamentally shape our nervous system.
Myofacia Release for Integrative Healing, Pain Relief, & Stress Recovery (led by Lenora Rousseau, E-500 RYT) An educational and experiential workshop on the impacts and practices of releasing your myofacia for greater freedom and wellbeing.
Imprinted by Joy (led by Lenora Rousseau, E-500 RYT, MSW Intern) A reflective meditation on the ways the spiritual force of joy has been imprinted on every fiber of your being and a healing art experience as you create a handheld pathway that can deepen your connection to joy in 2026 and beyond.
Soul Play: Mindful Movement for All Ages - Igniting Joy through Sensory Integration & Play (led by Elise Caton, OT, 200 RYT) An educational and experiential workshop on playful approaches to sensory integration for all ages that can spark new neurological pathways and greater joy.
Moving with Joy: Yoga for Osteoporosis (led by Tami Jungklaus, NP, 500 RYT) Educational and experiential workshop exploring safe approaches to Yoga for Osteoporosis in theory and practice.

Pricing

Pricing includes all retreat costs such as meals and snacks, lodging, workshop sessions, and supplies. Pricing does not include travel to and from the retreat location. Note: The retreat center is a rustic, natural setting with monastic style lodging. Wi-fi is available for free. Rooms include two twin beds, clean linens, and a private bathroom and shower.

Double Occupancy - $485

Choose your own roommate during registration, or sign up for double occupancy and have a random roommate selected for you!

Only Meals (No Lodging) - $355

If you want to plan for different accommodations (i.e. an RV or another nearby hotel), feel free to register with meals only!

Programming Only (No meals, no lodging) - $265

If you want to plan for different accommodations and take care of your own meals through the weekend, feel free to register for programming only.
