What This Journey Offers
Each week of advent includes:Â
Mindful Movement
Each week includes an on-demand, Scripture-led yoga practice with gentle, floor-based movement designed to help you create space for renewal and restoration. This is a safe space for breath, grounding, and rejuvenation for both beginning and experienced practitioners.
Guided Meditations
Weekly meditation practices will be available to help your nervous system soften and your spirit rest in the Divine Presence. These guided meditations are intended to counter the hustle and bustle of the holidays as you soak in the invitations God has for you this season.
Reflective Liturgy & Prompts
Based on the Lectionary Year A readings, the weekly reflection guide includes Scripture, candle-lighting liturgy, devotional themes and prompts, embodied practices, and gentle invitations to prepare your whole being to fully experience the gift of the Incarnation this Christmas.
A Season of Sacred Rest
Advent mirrors the natural cycles of healing. Moving gently between longing and peace, shadow and light.
Through embodied awareness, we learn that rest is not passive but sacred:Â a practice of trust, presence, and renewal.
Here, grace is not earned; it is remembered.Â
