The Invitation is a four-week embodied series that weaves together reflection, Yoga, and meditation to help you rest, receive, and reawaken to Hope, Peace, Joy and Love.

What This Journey Offers
Each week of advent includes:
Yoga Worship
There will be alternating Yin and Slow Flow on-demand Yoga Worship sessions with scripture reading and movement sequences designed to open space for breath, grounding, and renewal.
Guided Meditations
Themed practices to help the nervous system soften and the spirit rest in Divine presence.
Reflective Journal Prompts
Based in the traditional Christian liturgy, the reflection guide will include scripture, reflective prompts, and gentle invitations to notice grace in the everyday.
A Season of Sacred Rest
Advent mirrors the natural cycles of healing. Moving gently between longing and peace, shadow and light.
Through embodied awareness, we learn that rest is not passive but sacred: a practice of trust, presence, and renewal.
Here, grace is not earned; it is remembered.
