Meet the POGYI Coaches!

All YTT programs include private coaching hours with our POGYI coaches, who are all current 500 RYT interns or 500 RYTs who have completed our trainings.

Haley Bouschet - 500 RYT Intern

Hey POG Yogis!

My name is Haley and I have been a yoga teacher since 2019. I earned my 200hr teaching certificate and license here in Central Florida and have been working toward advancing my education ever since. I found Pointe of Grace Project through a friend and a pastor who graciously sponsored me to join the YogaWell Retreat in January 2024. There I met the wonderful POG family and joined in on their Spring 300 Advanced Training! Along with my passion for yoga and Jesus, I am also very passionate about family. I am married to my amazing husband, Ryan, and we are so excited and ready to welcome our first child into the world this December 2025.

Jenny Means - 500 RYT Intern

I’ve been practicing yoga for about 25 years. I first brought yoga and mindfulness into my school classroom to support children with self-regulation, which led to teaching workshops, trainings, and eventually earning a children’s yoga certification.

After completing my 200-hour YTT, I faced health challenges that brought me back to the mat in a deeper way—helping me rebuild strength, resilience, and energy. Meeting Lenora at the Pointe of Grace retreat in 2025 inspired me to shift my focus fully to teaching adults.

Through my 300-hour YTT, I’ve gained a stronger understanding of asana, learned to cue with clarity, built deep friendships, and experienced firsthand the healing power of trauma-informed yoga. Today, I teach private clients, in-studio classes, online, and at my local church.

Outside of teaching, I love spending time in nature, traveling, enjoying live music, and being with friends, family, and my pets. I’m also embracing my new chapter as an empty nester after raising three children.

Gabrielle Rousseau - 500 RYT Intern

Hi! I began my YTT journey with Pointe of Grace completing my 200 RYT in May 2025. I am currently working towards my 500 RYT credentials.

I fell in love with the science of Trauma-Informed Yoga. My bachelor's was in Pscyhology, so I really appreciate the evidence based POGYI approach.

I am also the Program and Marketing manager for POG, and I'm excited to help students grow into incredible teachers bringing healing across the globe!

Alyssa Ruch - 500 RYT Intern

I’m passionate about the healing that trauma-informed yoga can bring. For me, it’s more than movement—it’s a pathway to wholeness in body, mind, heart, and spirit. With a heart for community, I love drawing out the gifts of others and creating opportunities where everyone can flourish together. I aim to show up as a steady presence and a compassionate encourager, always ready to share the load—because no one is meant to journey alone.
