I understand that the Yoga teachers and other guest speakers leading any classes, sessions, workshop, retreats or other offerings of the Pointe of Grace Yoga Institute (POGYI) are not physicians/clinicians and cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, condition, illness, or injury. In all cases, Students/Participants/Guests should joinclasses, sessions, workshop, retreats or other offerings of the POGYI with approval from a trusted medical professional and should always follow their doctor’s advice. In addition, Students/Participants/Guests should always be mindful of their own limitations and modify or avoid any movements that might cause pain or injury. Students/Participants/Guests take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur while participating in classes, sessions, workshop, retreats or other offerings of POGYI. Students/Participants/Guests cannot and will not hold the Yoga teachers, the corporation, any employers, or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during Yoga practice.
