Trauma-Informed (TI) Yoga is an evidence-based, person centered, healing focused approach to traditional Yoga that takes into account the neurological, biological, social, and spiritual, effects of chronic stress and trauma. ​​TI focuses on creating safe, non-judgmental space where participants can reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build resilience.
